每件珠寶皆經細心檢查與包裝後出貨。為保障您的購物權益，請於購買前詳閱以下政策。

七日鑑賞期

依台灣《消費者保護法》規定，本網站一般商品自收到商品次日起享有七日鑑賞期。

鑑賞期並非試用期。退貨商品須保持完整、未經實際配戴使用，並保留原始包裝、配件、證書及贈品。若因超出必要檢查範圍之使用而影響商品完整性或價值，將依實際狀況及相關法令處理。

客製化與訂製商品

依消費者需求特別製作之客製／訂製商品，包括：

  • 指定裸石或寶石製作

  • 修改設計、尺寸、結構或客製刻字

  • 其他依客戶需求製作之專屬商品

上述商品經確認並進入製作程序後，除商品本身存在瑕疵外，不接受取消、退貨或退款。

天然寶石

翡翠、天然寶石及珍珠皆為天然形成，其天然紋理、色帶、棉絮、礦物包體、石紋及些微色澤差異皆屬自然特徵，並非商品瑕疵。

商品亦可能因螢幕、光源及拍攝環境而產生些微色差。

商品瑕疵或寄送錯誤

若商品有明顯瑕疵、運送損傷或寄送錯誤，請於收到商品後儘速與我們聯繫，並提供訂單編號及商品照片。我們將依實際情況協助更換、維修或退款。

退貨與退款

如需申請退貨，請先透過官方聯絡方式與我們聯繫，請勿自行寄回商品。

退回商品須妥善包裝並附回商品、珠寶盒、證書及相關附件。確認符合退款條件後，款項原則上將退回原付款方式，實際入帳時間依付款服務商之作業時間為準。

國際訂單

海外訂單可能產生進口關稅、稅金及其他相關費用，相關費用與退貨程序依目的地國家／地區規定而有所不同。

Cyber Golden Stone 保留依相關法令及實際營運需求調整本政策之權利。本政策不影響消費者依法享有之權利。

 

Refund Policy

Each piece of jewelry is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. To protect your shopping rights, please review the following policy before making a purchase.

7-Day Return Period

In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, eligible purchases made through our website are subject to a seven-day return period starting from the day after the order is received.

The return period is intended for product inspection and is not a trial period. Returned items must remain complete, unworn and unused, with all original packaging, accessories, certificates, and gifts included. Items affected by use beyond what is necessary for inspection will be handled according to their actual condition and applicable laws.

Customized & Made-to-Order Items

Customized or made-to-order items produced according to a customer’s specific requirements include:

  • Pieces made with specifically selected gemstones

  • Modifications to design, size, structure, or personalized engraving

  • Other bespoke pieces created according to individual requests

Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, cancellations, returns, or refunds will not be accepted, except in cases of product defects.

Natural Gemstones

Jadeite, natural gemstones, and pearls are naturally formed materials. Natural characteristics such as variations in texture, color, inclusions, mineral formations, and stone patterns are unique features of each piece and are not considered defects.

Slight color differences may also occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item. We will assist with an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund.

Returns & Refunds

To request a return, please contact us through our official contact channels before sending the item back.

Returned items must be securely packaged and include the jewelry, original jewelry box, certificates, and relevant accessories. Once the return has been inspected and approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment service provider.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other related fees. Applicable fees and return procedures may vary depending on the destination country or region.

Cyber Golden Stone reserves the right to update this policy in accordance with applicable laws and operational requirements. Nothing in this policy affects any rights consumers may have under applicable law.
